Selection and Placement Procedure:
MVG Recruitment Specialists ensures as far as possible that it will secure the most appropriate candidate for each placement. This is endeavoured through our comprehensive screening process and system of Competency Based Selection.

We cover all aspects with clients and candidates and this involves the following:
  • Determining the candidates’ reasons and motivation for making a change in employment
  • Competency Based Interview Techniques – to ensure interest and compatibility with regard to the job specifications
  • Will the candidate identify with the client company values and culture
  • Conduct telephonic reference checks and verification of qualifications
  • Criminal and credit checks will be performed upon request (credit checks only if it is a pre-requisite for the position i.e. placement with a Financial Institution)
  • Co-ordination and scheduling of candidate interviews with the client this includes co-ordination of travel arrangements, should the candidate have to travel)
